• API credentials: third-party API keys (e.g. SendGrid, Brevo, Twilio) required to enable integrations — stored encrypted and never shared.

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, actions taken, and timestamps.
• Log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs.
• Cookies and similar technologies: session and preference data to improve your experience.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• GoHighLevel — the CRM and workflow platform through which our integrations are delivered. Subject to GoHighLevel's Privacy Policy.
• SendGrid (Twilio) — used to send emails where you have configured the SendGrid integration. Your SendGrid API key is processed solely to facilitate email delivery.
• Brevo — used to send emails, WhatsApp messages, and SMS where you have configured the Brevo integration. Your Brevo API key is processed solely to facilitate message delivery.
• Twilio — used to send and receive SMS where you have configured the Twilio integration. Your Twilio credentials are processed solely to facilitate SMS communication.

We only transmit data to these third-party services as necessary to provide the feature you have enabled. We encourage you to review each provider's privacy policy.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on our website. Cookies are small data files stored on your device.

When you cancel your subscription, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, unless retention is required by law. API credentials are deleted immediately upon account termination.
