Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using any FusionApps product, service, or website (collectively, the 'Services'), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

FusionApps provides plug-and-play integration applications designed to connect third-party messaging and email platforms — including SendGrid, Brevo, and Twilio — with GoHighLevel workflows. Our integrations are available through the GoHighLevel Marketplace.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

Access to FusionApps integrations is provided on a subscription basis at $10 USD per integration per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly and will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

All payments are processed through the GoHighLevel Marketplace. By subscribing, you authorise FusionApps (or its payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Services to send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or any communication that violates applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services or its related systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Services.
• Use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services.
• Resell, sublicense, or transfer access to the Services without prior written consent from FusionApps.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including data protection and anti-spam laws.

Our Services integrate with third-party platforms including GoHighLevel, SendGrid, Brevo, and Twilio. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. FusionApps is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services.

You are solely responsible for maintaining valid accounts and complying with the terms of any third-party platform used in conjunction with our Services. FusionApps will not be liable for any damages arising from the actions or omissions of third-party providers.

All content, code, design, trademarks, and materials associated with the FusionApps Services are the exclusive property of FusionApps or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes during your active subscription period. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Services. By using the Services, you grant FusionApps a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

The Services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. FusionApps does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FusionApps and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to FusionApps in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your subscription through the GoHighLevel Marketplace at any time. FusionApps may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.

FusionApps reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by notifying you via email or through the Services.

Your continued use of the Services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
